Everything we do is a projection fabricated by our own mind, a perspective, a view of the world materialised in scenes, facts we call reality. Our mind has the power to influence our live vessel to turn projections into reality, and observed scenes into projections themselves, which are driven by the desire to confirm a belief. The more we perform our mind training, the less we are tempted to be tamed into projections out of understanding, which are able to feed negativity, darkness, or even the idea of a careless attitude towards life itself. The moment we realise everything distant from our love nature could not be used as a path to a meaningful life, it is the moment we understand the essence and the difference between attachment and love, illusion and reality, darkness and light. The movie of life is then materialised by our conscious self, within our own perspective and relativity.

There are no two views of a scene that are the same, as there are no two moments in life that happen at the same time within the same perspective and relativity. The idea of a conscious self is grounded in the power of our own mind to distance ourselves from the conditioned perspective of viewing the world through a bunch of illusions. Illusions fabricated by a conditioned and unconscious mind urge to react instead of observe and understand. Illusions projecting our own desires, or the desires of someone else we have incorporated as a belief out of understanding. Illusions we feed our mind as something considered right, justified by nothing more than the repetition of the same thing again, and again, until we have no more consciousness to stop it from being reproduced. Illusions that we cannot stop to think about in an act of reasoning and understanding, justifying the self that those illusions have been always the way they are.

Changing a conditioned belief into something supported by a conscious understanding is modifying the view of a scene itself. That change may represent a parallel universe of what a belief produces, an alternate reality we are not prepared to live or see, as it requires the use of consciousness right from the moment we step into it. What feels like a parallel universe is nothing more than the view of the same scene in a conscious perspective, a kind of vision grounded in the observation and understanding of events happening in the present moment.

The more we use our consciousness to enhance the awareness about any projection we have contact with in life, the more we understand we cannot change the past, predict the future, or be outside the present.
