If you are lost when you are facing a problem the tendency is an overreaction. The approach is to see the situation in a worst scenario that it really is. I have fallen in that trap before, and now I am able to realise everything is impermanent, in constant change. If you overreact you may burn a clear path you can take to solve the problem you are facing. Problems can be dealt with after they present themselves clearly. No need to worry too much about them. If they are really serious, you have the court to help you. If they are not, in a blink of an eye they will disappear as the result of world's impermanence.
Balance is something we acquire by performing our mind training. It is the continuous activity of observing the world in our own perspective and relativity, and acquiring knowledge to support the understanding of what has been observed. With understanding comes clarity, and with clarity the realisation of impermanence in everything we do during our life journey.
Anyone can say anything to us, and what any person says can be right or wrong, good or bad, delightful or obnoxious. All the aforementioned stereotypes have just a meaning if we incorporate them deep inside. The good ones have the power to boost the self, enhancing the perception about what is in the surroundings, which is important to adjust and improve our mind training. The bad ones are quite the opposite; they have the power to disturb the balance, the inner peace we cultivate inside, but they need our permission to do that, our weakness to let our heart, our love nature, our inner balance and peace to fade away from the control of our own hands.
By tapping into our consciousness, the power we have inside, we are able to see clearly what is happening at the present moment. We are capable of achieving inner peace, a state required to acquire the proper knowledge suitable to the situation we are experiencing.
We cannot let our emotions cloud the judgement we perform to make our own decisions, which is based on observing everything in a non-judgemental attitude. The moment we realise the power of our mind dictates everything about our own existence, it is the moment we understand justice is something we start from the inside, realising that the judge of our own existence is nothing more than the mind itself.
