It is clear as crystal what we could identify in the surroundings, and what we can sense deep inside. The moment we realise there is nothing outside that meets the power we have inside, it is the moment we understand the enhancement of the self is a lifetime journey.


The ancient knowledge, the ultimate wisdom and experience accumulated from the past generations are within our DNA. It is the power we have inside, the consciousness that makes us decide what we do by asking the simple questions of what, how, and why. Questioning not the outside but rather what we feel about experiences in the present moment, what we do about those feelings, how we understand their manifestations and influence on our own mind, and mainly how we concentrate to focus all the energy we have contact with to our own benefit, the enhancement of the self.


The power of the mind is a super power based on concentration. It is feeling the energy we have inside, being aware of the natural processes of our own body. Focusing on the breath is the visible example we can use to enhance our mind training, establishing a solid ground in the present moment, as we cannot breathe in the past, or even in the future, just right here, right now, at the wonderful moment we call present. It is easy to see but difficult to understand, as understanding is something we need consciousness at hand. There is nothing I can do to show you the way of a meaningful life, as it is a personal journey you should realise by your own senses and third eye.

The more we understand the power we have inside, the more we realise the outside has nothing but projections and materialisations of energy, which is, sometimes, beyond our comprehension.


One may ask: What is in the mind? The answer is nothing and everything at the same time. The moment we realise the difference between dark and light, or any two sentient beings living upon this world called Earth, it is the moment we understand everything and nothing we could see and sense in the same way.

The more we keep consciousness at hand to observe the present moment, the better we start understanding that time has passed but modern society is still the same as the one observed in ancient times. We have just changed a bit the common rules to prevent indiscriminate slaughtering on different disputes happening in areas with a more dense population.
