Like the light of the moon in a beautiful and clear night, we have the power to shine our light facing darkness no matter where or why. It is a power that comes from the inside, recognising the beauty of humankind, the feeling that does not feed wishes of deterioration of another, a kind of energy that nurtures and comforts each other. The manifestation of light is a sight that suffering has reached an end in the present moment, a representation of how wonderful consciousness is in the observation and understanding of our own self. We may stay and contemplate the light of another but we are only capable of feeling its power the moment we generate it from our own perspective and relativity.

It is a wonderful moment to receive comfort from another, feeling protected and cared for by the eyes and arms of someone we love. It is also wonderful to realise we have the power to generate kindness and compassion at our side, the reciprocal support, the strong foundation, the kind of mixed feelings that are not positive and negative at the same time, but energising and delightful in just one shot. If we think about our uniqueness, and the fact we are the only ones who can observe and understand our own mind properly, like Buddha has done in ancient times, we understand that manifesting light from the inside is tapping into our love nature, making the exposure of kind and compassionate attitudes towards ourselves and others.

In the middle of a dark night, where we cannot see properly what is in the surroundings, we have to use our third eye to see the beauty even if it is manifested during a fraction of time. Sometimes we experience unfairness. Sometimes we experience no value towards life. Sometimes we just realise we are inserted in a kindergarten behaviour, returning to a moment understanding was nothing more than a word to be learned. Suffering is indeed something we may experience from time to time. What could we do about that? One may ask. The answer is training our own mind to be able to recognise suffering has multiple faces, understanding that we can only take ourselves out of suffering, learning how not to go down walking a path where life has little or no value. It does not mean we have to perform discriminatory acts against someone else because the person does not behave like ourselves, which is nothing more than suffering itself. It means we have to understand the more we achieve our inner peace, the less we put value on things rather than life.

The moment we realise life is the most valuable possession we have at hand, it is the moment we understand everything can come and go but life is always there no matter the circumstances. We cannot trade or exchange life but we have the power to nurture it, combining with another in a singular moment of love, the kind of light we can see in a beautiful and clear night.
