Our consciousness brings attention to our mind to recognise and see what is ahead in front of us. Illusions are diminished, scenes demystified, images classified, and the meaning of heard sounds scrutinised. The idea generated by the imagination of what life brings next is replaced by the clear understanding of what we are experiencing in the present moment. There is no room for false beliefs or useless thoughts derived from the manifestation of negative feelings such as anger and sadness. The more we ground ourselves in the power of our own mind to see clearly the path we are walking, the more we are able to shine the beautiful light we have inside.

If we ask ourselves what comes next to our life path there is a world of possibilities we could provide as an answer. Possibilities that are whether achievable by the current state of life we are in at the present moment. Possibilities that may include illusions of an ability we cannot pursue, such as the capability of having the kind of superpowers characterised in movies. Possibilities accounting the enhancement of our own life by any current desire we possess.

The moment we get attached to desires, illusions, i.e. possibilities that are not achievable from the point of view point we are in the present moment, it is the moment we are deep inside in the loop of suffering. We cannot see what is ahead with our conscious mind but we think only about the desire we want to pursue, usually by any means required. Such an idea characterises the foundation of a word we call corruption. We are just corrupting the self with nothing more than illusions created by our own mind, which is fed by something we get as a reward on the outside: money, power, recognition, or a mix of all the aforementioned three “prizes”. Expectations are high and the clarity of vision is weak, which implies putting consciousness into a box sealed by a heavy stone of suffering.

While driven by our unconscious mind, judgement dictates our way of life. What is different from our belief is wrong, which implies negative criticism has a clear target to hit, no matter who and no matter the circumstances.

The moment consciousness brings attention to the unconscious mind to see clearly what is going on in the present moment, it is the moment we are able to prevent stepping again into something we already know the resulting outcome. In that moment, hatred is replaced by love, shining the beautiful light we have inside, which is promoted by a non-judgemental attitude while stepping into the path of a meaningful life.
