The farmer cultivates what is required to feed his family, which is provided from the land they are settled. The farmer cannot control who presents a careless attitude to the land, until a moment he moves away. From a carefree point, the farmer is what history calls problem. From the farmer’s perspective it is not possible to control how another cares about the land, as the care about how to support life itself is something that is part of our love nature. It is easy for the unconscious mind, the conditioning established by a manade effect, to believe out of faith that a careless attitude is associated with something good, communitary, while the opposite is something wrong, a deviation from what the majority does in such land. The moment we realise genuine love, the care about life itself, represents the green lantern to walk through a meaningful life, it is the moment we understand genuine decisions have nothing to do with the majority but only with enhancing what we have deep inside, while not harming others in the process.


Let me tell a story about a farmer who lives in a land, where it is a challenge to work in the field in order to provide support for his own life, and the life of others under his responsibility. Everyday the farmer looks at the situation in the field, taking a snapshot about the observed configuration in the present moment. For a while the farmer was working hard every single day with little or no return about the effort he was putting on the process. A beautiful day he had woken up to realise there is something not right about the situation he was inserted into. It seems he was working over the foundation of previous work but not realising the previous work has issues that surgically diminishes the results achieved.


By using his consciousness, the farmer has started to observe the difference among the state of work from the point he has ended his activities for a day, to the state he observes when he starts working in the beginning of the next day. By such conscious observation he has identified that the assumption about the equality of the aforementioned states was not right. Something was happening behind the scenes, during the night, that would make it difficult to advance properly on the cultivation of the field. Thus, he has started his own experiences to see if the observed issue was derived from a natural process. He has found out the issue was not derived from some natural deterioration but caused by something, or someone, acting in the field during the night.


The nights he was spent on guard with no open windows, no issue was observed, but the nights he was not on guard, the issue manifested itself in the same way as before. There is no way to keep healthy without sleeping at night, while the need for work is mandatory.


One day, he has decided to move away, as the issue was not solved meaningfully, implying little or no progress to advance the configured scene. From the external point of view, it makes him the source of the observed problem, as he could not cultivate the land in a proper way by analysing just the results obtained.


The moment we realise why consciousness and a non-judgemental attitude are the pillars of a meaningful path in the journey of understanding, it is the moment we understand the details of life do not always represent the results we observe on the outcome of someone else.

The more we keep consciousness at hand to observe the present moment, the better we start understanding that time has passed but modern society is still the same as the one observed in ancient times. We have just changed a bit the common rules to prevent indiscriminate slaughtering on different disputes happening in areas with a more dense population.
