There is no need to be afraid of darkness, the negative criticism that comes from any direction, including from the inside. There is always hope for a conscious mind to find answers where no one could expect. Sometimes we have to get down to look deep inside and see the problem is not being in a dark environment but what we do when we are there. The moment we realise attachment to negative details of our life path is what makes us within the infinite loop of suffering, it is the moment we understand in a room with no apparent exits we have to make our own.

No matter what we do in a dark environment, where chaos is the mandatory state of the events happening in the surroundings, the more we embrace the negative energy we have contact with, the less we are able to understand the search for answers starts the moment we look inside our own self. There is no way to compare our self with another. There is no way to understand someone else if we have no empathy, the non-judgemental attitude that says: let me reproduce what is happening in a scene I am observing in my own perspective and relativity, in order to understand both the positive and negative side of the events.

The moment we start our own journey in the understanding of what happens in a specific situation, it is the moment we have to tap into our consciousness to let suffering out of the table. Suffering says to our unconscious mind to point the finger and provide a negative criticism about the other, putting all the focus on a negative criticism on the outside to hide the absence of consciousness on the inside. Our own suffering has that capability to put aside consciousness, providing useless outcomes that help nothing and no one in or out.

The moment we realise there is a beautiful landscape in every scene we experience, it is the moment we understand that getting attached to negative details is missing the view provided by the beautiful light we cultivate inside.
