We all are prone to experience suffering from different reasons, which are unique for each one of us. Mind training is what we do to enhance the self, the kind of training that boosts our consciousness to be aware about anything that should be removed from the inside. The implant is there, and there is no doubt about that. It is something we cannot have proof of but we can feel the influence in the outcome. Negativity has to be controlled to keep our peace of mind. It is no doubt removing what is implanted ends unbelievable behaviours.
The unconscious has the capability to respond to stimuli from the environment in a conditioned way, which sometimes is not what our consciousness would do. It can be taught by our consciousness or it can be influenced by the loop of suffering itself, promoted and driven by what we have already implanted. It is by the power of the mind that we get the ability of recognition, a personal journey to identify traces of negativity and the associated triggers within the self.
Controlling negativity is part of the process required to keep our peace of mind, as it is the need to remove what is implanted, the trigger of manifestations of negativity and its associated unbelievable behaviours. The more we get aware about anything within the self, the more we understand anything related to suffering is personal, a kind of challenge faced only by ourselves.
Sometimes we observe with no understanding. In another round we understand what we observe and sense but we resist to believe it is there with no proof or trace for a naked eye. We just know it has to be removed and consciousness is the key for that realisation.
The more we perform our mind training, the more we enhance our immune system, our body, and the connection with our mind to understand the foundations of inner peace.
The moment we realise how to deal with negativity we experience, it is the moment we understand the uniqueness of our personal journey.
