It’s fundamental we learn how to tolerate, and that’s essential to preserve, cultivate, and nurture our well-being. Tolerating the presence of darkness, obnoxious situations, and the negative conditioning we’re subjected to is the way towards the path of our personal evolution. Tolerating something isn’t the same of accepting it. We may tolerate but we may not accept, and when it’s the case, tolerating means giving us the reward recognising we’re not what is before the self. And we’ll never be if we’re talking about something aligned with darkness. It’s by keeping rewarding the self that we eventually reach a suitable stage where we attain the clarity of mind required to understand who we’re, and how to become our best version every single day of our own existence.

Let’s be what we’re meant to be: creatures of love aligned with our love nature. Let’s give little or no importance to any negative energy generated on the outside, which means understanding we’re capable of distancing the self from darkness and any type of negative conditioning performed in the environment we’re inserted into.

When we distance the self from darkness, most of the time, we’re talking of establishing an hermetically-closed fortress, which is able to tolerate the presence of darkness in the surroundings, with no need, desire, or willingness to embrace that aforementioned presence, no matter the circumstances. Achieving such understanding is the foundation to build the proper wisdom able to differentiate right from wrong, where right is everything aligned with our love nature; and wrong anything else.

The moment we realise how to tolerate anything  in a conscious and meaningful way, it’s the moment we understand who we really are.
