It's important that we understand the cultural traits related to the environment we're inserted into, which says a lot of the negative conditioning we're subjected to, and both the type and presence of darkness we need to face and deal with in the present moment. It's also important we pay attention to the self, identifying characteristics we need to improve in order to attain higher levels of peace of mind no matter the circumstances. The moment we realise how we can put any cultural trait not aligned with our love nature aside, it's the moment we understand how to keep consciousness at hand while walking the path towards a meaningful life with kindness and compassion as trustworthy assets.
Let's understand the difference between our own suffering, which is internal, and as an internal matter we're the only one capable of dealing with it properly; and the suffering of others, which is external, mixed with illusions we've contact with that are out of our control, and therefore, we can only draw suitable strategies to diminish the negative impact to the self, as we've no power to change another's mind experiencing a deep period of suffering with a mindset aligned with hatred culture, and with true intentions to cause harm. The moment we understand such a difference, it's the moment we are able to enhance our body and mind training, fine-tuning the strategies we've drawn to deal with and understand our own suffering. We can only establish a strong and resilient posture to defend the self against any negativity associated with external suffering, making sure all negativity related to our own suffering gets confined within in a conscious and meaningful way.
It's time to realise how we can step further into our personal evolution, advancing to the next level that brings a new stage of our clarity of mind, awareness, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of life as a whole.
It's our duty to be light, and that duty cannot be performed by another on behalf of the self. Thus, let's be what we're meant to be: powerful, meaningful, resourceful, beautiful, and an astonishing source of light.
