It’s important we create a strong yet soft stand posture to face darkness, and deal with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. Most of the time we’ve no idea about the extent of the deception we’re dealing with, and therefore, the magnitude of the illusion before the self. We also need to be prepared to realise and understand when the environment we’re inserted into is dominated by darkness and hatred culture. It implies that if we’ve no financial power to be in a non-dependent position regarding the state/community we’re living within, we need to find another way to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances instead of embracing a huge and deep period of suffering.


Facing darkness isn’t an easy task. It’s (actually) quite challenging to do that, requiring a huge mind power and capability to be resilient against any type of negativity associated with hatred culture. We need to perform our body and mind training, being aware and awaken to the fact we’ve no control on the outside. Therefore, it implies that we need to draw suitable strategies to get ready to respond to any type of negative behaviour with the goal of harming the self in a conscious and meaningful way.


When the subject is darkness, it’s better to be prepared for a lifetime commitment, as darkness is an ancient institution with generations of promotion and dissemination of hatred culture.  The hate speech and actions are conditioned, distorted, and masked as the need to suffer and do a sacrifice, experiencing some losses before starting to be rewarded as a consequence of living a free life in the impermanence of the universe.


The better we understand that we need to lose nothing to enhance the self and step into our personal evolution, the easier it’s to perform our body and mind training aiming to attain higher levels of peace of mind, becoming our better version every single day.
