It's important we establish a stable posture to step into our personal evolution, paying no attention to the amount of time required to perform the next step. Instead of worrying about time, our focus needs to be understanding, which implies we liberate the self from being attached to our physical body, achieving clarity of mind to realise we may not be able to attain enlightenment during only one lifetime…and that is OK. The moment we attain such understanding, it's the moment we start enjoying every single moment of our current life, even if we're into a challenging or difficult position, facing darkness, dealing with the negative conditioning we're subjected to, and having to fight a war we aren't interested to fight, even if we got no choice of not doing so. Speed is an illusion, as we've no idea when and where we would be capable of performing the next step, putting us right in a suitable state where we attain higher levels of peace of mind to experience enlightenment. Therefore, we just need to keep working consciously and meaningfully to enjoy everything life has to offer.

An important tip I would like to provide is the need to develop the capability of observing the environment we're inserted into through a non-judgemental attitude, understanding and being able to differentiate right from wrong. The moment we liberate the self from using beliefs instead of analysing each situation before the self with consciousness at hand, it's the moment we open a new universe of possibilities to exploring, acquiring knowledge, having fun, building wisdom, and stepping into the next stage of our personal evolution.

Let's not get influenced by anything on the outside. Let's achieve our own understanding about life, relying on the self to make our own decisions. We're capable of doing that, and we need to do so to be free from the negative side-effects of our own suffering. No matter where we're, or what circumstances we're living in the present moment, we all can make our own decisions without becoming a slave within our own mind.

We need to remove the attachment we may have developed regarding our physical body, which may imply experiencing the fear of ageing. We've the power to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we've deep within, which is completely detached from our live vessel, the flesh and blood we use to experience life in the present moment.

The more detached we're from our physical body, the more open we become to experience the gift of life at its full extent, preparing the self to walk the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances, and at our own pace.
