It’s important we learn how to naturally adapt in the environment we’re inserted into, with no need to sacrifice our own nature during the process. We also need to be aware of other creatures that may see us as a threat, imposing challenges and difficulties to our own survival. Our adaptive skills help deal with the situation but they aren’t the complete solution to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances. Thus, we need to be light, shining it as a conscious and strong beam from the inside out.
Adapting to the environment we’re inserted into is important to understand how we can be more connected with nature nearby, recognising the presence of darkness and all challenges and difficulties we may have to deal with in the present moment.
There’s no other way of adapting than becoming ready to deal with darkness. We couldn’t escape that. Facing darkness is something we need to incorporate into our body and mind training, expecting nothing in return by caring about life as the ultimate goal. We just need to be aligned with our love nature, and deeply connected to our ancestors, the ancient knowledge and wisdom present in our DNA.
The more we realise the need of developing adaptive skills, the better we understand the importance of drawing suitable strategies to put the self out of a deteriorative and discriminatory environment the moment we attain the clarity of mind required to understand hatred culture is the norm.
Let’s be light, cultivating and nurturing our love nature while enhancing our kindness, compassion, and non-judgemental attitude against the self and others.
