We need to let the self explore the environment we're inserted into, observing, analysing, and understanding some details we cannot understand through the perspective and eyes of another. We need to clearly see what is in there, and what both negative and positive impact the environment we're inserted into may have in our body and mind training. It's fundamental we start being inquisitive, which means questioning anything we've contact with, and any piece of knowledge we've access to. It's by enhancing our analytical skills and understanding of both the self and what we're facing and dealing on the outside that we can get better prepared for dealing with the unknown, and all uncertainty it brings to our own path.

We've to develop exploratory skills to experience and see the environment we're inserted into on our own. We need to separate the self from the perspective of blindly believing in any type of information reaching us in the present moment. We need to always ask internally and consciously 'why?", seeking understanding to realise the "what?" and "how?" related to things we're observing. It's important we develop our own opinions, thoughts, and understanding about any subject we've contact with, enabling the self to be better dealt with misinformation, which is extremely vivid with the presence of darkness in the surroundings.

The most important thing we need to pay attention to while exploring the environment we're inserted into is understanding the self, and what happens deep within. It's fundamental we get aware of the moment something is changing inside, enabling the self to use it in the benefit of our personal evolution.

The moment we realise how to develop our exploratory skills in a conscious and meaningful way, it's the moment we understand how astonishing the path of our personal evolution is.
