When we reach a deeper understanding of our own mind, and therefore, our own suffering, we find out that the most important premise in the foundation of both establishing a community and living in harmony with it is our own personal and private space. It's in our private moments, alone with the self, that we can use our consciousness to truly understand what happens within and in the surroundings. Everything that we experience while living in society can only be properly characterised if our privacy is secured. Therefore, if we've our privacy violated, anything that derives from such a violation, implying the manifestation of negative emotions, is nothing more than a period of suffering we're experiencing. The moment we realise that, it's the moment we understand how essential it's our privacy, and how we need to keep enhancing the self to enforce that such privacy is sacred, non-negotiable, and secured.

It's time to realise and understand that privacy is the first layer of the foundation to attain the understanding of our own suffering. It's within the heart of our own privacy that we can let our unconscious mind take the driver's seat, observing where it goes while our conscious mind serves as a watchdog preventing the self from enrolling into a deteriorated and conditioned path. We need to perform our body and mind training to learn how to enjoy moments of privacy, alone in the middle of nowhere, or even in an environment where darkness dominates the scene we're part of. It's from those moments that we can extract priceless pieces of knowledge to acquire proper wisdom, enabling the self to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.

It's in privacy that we grow to the moments we're in public being able to establish the flow.
