It’s important we find peace deep within while facing darkness and dealing with negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. When we see a mind in suffering that thinks other people who’re not member of the same religion, society, or group they’re part of are animals to be domesticated and enslaved, we understand the magnitude of the threat we’re dealing with, and how hard it’s to be conscious in the middle of an environment dominated by hatred culture. It’s when we find ourselves with no more options available, therefore, we can choose to keep consciousness at hand to step into our personal evolution.

Dealing with discrimination and racism is not an easy task, and it’s indeed a sacrifice when we’re in the middle of a society where such practice is performed by some, accepted by many, and faced by few in a conscious and meaningful way. Although it seems we’re talking about a new and emergent problem, it’s actually an ancient one, carried on through many generations, in the roots of cultural traits we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into.

When we find ourselves growing up outside the reign we’re member of, we understand the importance of cleaning our body and mind from the pollution we’ve received on the outside, also preparing the self to deal with a different type of negativity and bad influence to our body and mind if, one day, we get back to the true reign we’re really member of. It’s the dilemma of a conscious journey. We’ve the power to see the surroundings, but at the same time, we’re powerless to change it as we please. Thus, the only option we’ve is finding balance somewhere in between.

It’s by observing, analysing, understanding, and learning the beauty of the path towards a meaningful life that we can become the best version of the self, again and again, during an infinite loop of our life cycle, where everything is in constant change.
