It has already been four years since I’ve decided to step up and share motivational messages for those who have chosen to keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, facing darkness and dealing with discrimination of any type during their life journey. It has been four years of observation, analysis, and understanding of the deep state of suffering established in the roots of our society, which feeds the constant presence of darkness, the cult of racism, discrimination, and slavery still observed in the present moment somewhere around the globe. Like the Avatar from fictional universe of cartoons, movies, and tv shows, I’m also bound up with the four elements in my astrological map, with Earth as solar sign in Virgo; Water as ascendant in Cancer; Fire as both Mars in Leo and Moon in Sagittarius; and Air as Venus in Libra. I’m not the master of the four elements yet but I’m practising to do so :-D. It seems we’re still part of a society far away from considering people as equals, even if the changes observed in the common laws throughout history say the contrary. Walking the path towards a meaningful life isn’t an easy journey, mainly if we consider the challenging of living in the middle of an unfair society, sometimes requiring to deal with obnoxious situations part of a hostile environment. Let’s keep cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within, understanding our personal evolution can only be attained from the inside out.


Let’s fulfil our duty of keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, enhancing the self through the practice of our body and mind training, hardening and sharpening the self as part of the foundation to support stepping into our personal evolution. Let’s be in the present moment, observing, analysing, and understanding what happens within and in the surroundings, drawing suitable strategies to be aligned with our love nature even when we’re before the presence of darkness.


Let’s cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within, understanding the path towards a meaningful life is challenging yet offering the reward of attaining higher levels of peace of mind as the consequence of achieving higher stages of our personal evolution. We’ve all the power at hand to face darkness. We just need to realise and understand how to do it in a conscious and meaningful way.


Let’s embrace the gift of life we’ve received, taking the opportunity of generating and manifesting love all around, tapping into the unlimited power we’ve deep within to be a conscious, meaningful, and strong source of light no matter the circumstances.

  It's important we establish a stable posture to step into our personal evolution, paying no attention to the amount of time required to perform the next step. Instead of worrying about time, our focus needs to be understanding, which implies we liberate the self from being attached to our physical body, achieving clarity of mind to realise we may not be able to attain enlightenment during only one lifetime…and that is OK. The moment we attain such understanding, it's the moment we start enjoying every single moment of our current life, even if we're into a challenging or difficult position, facing darkness, dealing with the negative conditioning we're subjected to, and having to fight a war we aren't interested to fight, even if we got no choice of not doing so. The more we keep consciousness at hand to observe the present moment, the better we start understanding that time has passed but modern society is still the same as the one observed in ancient times. We have just changed a bit the common rules to prevent indiscriminate slaughtering on different disputes happening in areas with a more dense population. Deception, corruption, racism, discrimination, and any negativity are still being promoted by darkness, with a small but fundamental change: if we are not aligned with the chaotic behaviour established, we are considered sick and delusional, which is seen as a symptom of mental illnesses.
