There’s no more doubt that the presence of darkness is nothing more than people behaving in a negative way, implying an environment where experiencing suffering becomes the norm of what can be considered a ‘normal’ behaviour. It’s important we get clear into our mind the awful consequences of cultivating negativity deep within, and why it’s much more beneficial to the self to face darkness, and dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into in a conscious and meaningful way. We need to observe all the stones crossing our path as an opportunity to grow, becoming a rock that no stone can break, no matter the circumstances. The more we become rocks, the better we can unite ourselves in order to establish a good environment where suffering becomes something no one profits from, and everyone is able to understand their own in a conscious and meaningful way.
Understanding our own suffering is essential to the self, which implies the capability of being in the present moment instead of living either in the past or future. When we’re inserted in the middle of a discriminatory environment, we eventually understand all negativity we observe is related to slavery, and they’re nothing more than a modern way to segregate people based on a given criteria. During slavery periods the criteria was both skin colour and the ideal of superiority, which has made a culture to consider themselves superior to others, enslaving who were considered from “an inferior class”. Nowadays, there are multiple criteria to perform discrimination, and it would be extremely difficult to list all of those awful criteria, as they’re nothing more than something derived from human stupidity.
As Albert Einstein has already said, it’s extremely hard to measure human stupidity, which infinity has a clear indication to be true. Therefore, instead of enrolling in a very difficult path to prove it, it’s much better and beneficial to the self to step into the path of our personal evolution, acquiring as much knowledge as we can, converting it into wisdom to live a happy and meaningful life no matter the circumstances.
The moment we realise we’re powerless in the attempt of changing others, which implies our inability to change the environment we’re inserted into, it’s the moment we understand when we identify the self with such an environment no more it’s time to prepare to start a journey of finding deep within what we may have looked on the outside during our entire life journey.
