It’s through the use of our extraordinary capability to think that we can observe, analyse, and understand what happens in the present moment. Our brain is meant to be utilised in a conscious and meaningful way, giving the self the capability of following no negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. We just need to keep consciousness at hand, opening room for acquiring knowledge as much as we can for the moment. The more we’re aware and awaken to the fundamental need of acquiring knowledge during our life journey, the easier it’s to keep consciousness at hand, facing darkness and dealing with negative conditioning we’re subjected to no matter the circumstances.
Learning how to use our brain in a conscious and meaningful way is one of the most important and intrinsic abilities we need to develop. If we keep following the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into, we just become puppets with no capability of making our own decisions.
Everything starts with the curiosity of asking why, learning as much as we can about any subject we find interesting, as well as acquiring knowledge of subjects required to consciously navigate the illusions we’ve contact with in the society we’re part of. Our duty is really simple: being conscious and keeping the self in the present moment. However, apart from dealing and understanding our own suffering, we also need to deal with the suffering of others, mainly the ones who think they’re superior races in control of the illusions we’ve contact with in the society we’re part of.
As a measure of self-care and personal evolution, let’s cultivate and nurture a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental attitude, remembering to stand strong in the face of darkness and anything not aligned with our love nature. The more we perform our body and mind training, the better we can draw suitable strategies to walk the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.
