It’s when we’re facing darkness and dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into that we realise the need of being tough. If we look to the society we live, putting things into perspective, we can see a lot of people committing suicide, and therefore, being a victim of darkness through the despair of embracing their own suffering. We also observe abnormal and awful death situations we’ve no explanation of, and that is when we need to keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, understanding darkness is somehow related to disturbances of the cycle involving life and death of human beings. The more we’re aware of that, the better we understand the need to be strong and resilient, revealing the truth about anything we experience in the present moment.

Let’s observe the environment we’re inserted into in a conscious and meaningful way. We need to understand that, unfortunately, the planet is full of people experiencing suffering in a way they really don’t care about others, which means they want to see people suffer as a matter of either entertainment or disgusting experimentation. It’s shocking yet I speak the truth, and that is really difficult to read about or listen to.

The moment we start caring about life as the ultimate goal we change the perspective we observe things in life. We start paying more attention to the details of genuine happiness, and the way of walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances. We establish a strong and resilient posture to accept darkness no more, and that’s why we need to perform our body and mind training, channelling any negative emotion into physical strength and mind hardening, attaining higher levels of peace of mind while stepping into our personal evolution.

When we’re alone in a given place at the heart of our privacy (even if we’ve got not so much privacy at all) we need to teach our body and mind to move towards our evolutionary path.

Please, don’t let your suffering influence you, making the presence of darkness be an awful excuse to take your own life, or throw your life away for nothing. If you get angry about suffering itself, let you use anger to perform your body and mind training, obtaining a wonderful benefit to yourself as a matter of diminishing the negative outcome of experiencing emotions, at the same time that we’re able to boost our strength and resilience with a single strategy. Darkness isn't valuing your life. Thus, let’s just be brave, cultivating and nurturing happiness from the inside out.
