It’s only by understanding our own suffering that we can establish a strong and resilient posture to fear nothing coming from the outside, which includes the presence of darkness in the surroundings. The only thing we’ve to fear is our inability to deal with our own suffering, which has the power to deteriorate the self from the inside out. The moment we understand our own suffering we acquire a suitable ability of keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, performing our body and mind training to attain higher levels of peace of mind through the practice of our body and mind training. The more we’re sure of what we’re doing, the less we’re afraid to face darkness and deal with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into.
Let’s be aware and awaken to what happens in the present moment. It’s essential that we clearly identify the presence of darkness in the surroundings, using it as an asset to boost our body and mind training. If we find the presence of darkness too much to be handled, and we’ve resources at hand allowing us to move outside of its influence, the best strategy is moving out and getting as far as possible from the land we’re inserted into in the present moment. If we’ve no resources at hand, or we’re sure we can handle the presence of darkness on our own, we just need to draw a suitable strategy to take advantage of that presence to boost the positive outcome of our body and mind training. There’s no secret but understanding.
While moving out and getting away from the presence of darkness enable us to find a land where we can settle in a peaceful environment in order to practise our body and mind training, facing darkness in a conscious and meaningful way makes the self more resilient against the chaos established by hatred culture. In the middle of such chaos we’ve the opportunity to acquire experience of dealing with different types of chaotic situations, implying that we’ve the opportunity to become an expert of dealing with the presence of darkness in the surroundings, considering the different negative conditioning protocols applied. We just become experts of dealing with hatred culture when we become the target ourselves of their negative intentions.
It’s by getting aware of all the negative conditioning protocols we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into that we can start playing with them, mixing ourselves in the middle of the illusions we’re contact with to find out the negative charge of those protocols. Thus, we can transform that negative charge into an asset at hand to realise and understand the true purpose of walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.
