The moment we realise and understand the illusions we’ve contact with, identifying clearly the type of deceptions we’re facing and dealing with, it’s the moment we understand that we always have three options at hand: (1) getting angry; (2) getting frustrated; or (3) becoming stronger. We need to perform a daily exercise to gradually move from option 1 to 3 while stepping into our personal evolution. We need to find the perfect formula that suits the self to channel the negative energy of anger and frustration into the capability of boosting our physical strength and mind resilience against anything aside from our love nature. Let’s do an exercise and analyse important events that have had either a positive or negative impact in the local/global economy and international affairs in 1984, 1993, 1996, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024. If we fall to get on our knees to suffering, there’s no salvation. Thus, options 1 and 2 are not really options but stages we need to understand in order to use them in the benefit of the self, consciously and meaningfully.
There’s no way of facing darkness without stepping into our personal evolution. And stepping into the higher stages of our personal evolution requires a full understanding of the illusions we’ve contact with, and the deceptions creating and keeping them active. It’s extremely useful to think about facing darkness as peeling an onion to cook a delicious meal. The majority of the time there’s no requirement of segregating every single layer of the onion. We just get the onion, peeling its external coverage and chopping it into small pieces with no difference between them. However, when preparing a more sophisticated and elaborated meal, we need to segregate its different layers, understanding the details, and therefore, the impact of each one of them in the final flavour of our delicious meal being prepared. Performing our body and mind training is almost the same as understanding the impact of the details of a given onion to the meal we’re preparing. The majority of the time we just do Yoga for stretching and strengthening our body, and meditation to calm down and boost the resilience of our mind. However, we don’t get into the details of the consequences and impact of doing those body exercises and meditative practices to our body and mind considering short, mid, and long-term perspectives. In order to understand the influence and connection of the first body exercise we’ve done in the past, to the one we’re performing in the present moment, we need to keep consciousness at hand, attaining the clarity of mind needed to see the truth through the lens of our third eye.
We need to wake up and be aware of what happens in the present moment, learning and acquiring priceless pieces of knowledge from the past events we’ve either experienced, observed, or got the contact with through feasible and trustworthy evidence. It’s only by stepping into the higher stages of our personal evolution that we’re able to see the truth of why attaining enlightenment and walking the path towards a meaningful life is the only way of tapping into the full extension of the unlimited power we’ve deep within, manifesting our beautiful light from the inside out.
