There’s no secret but seeking understanding of what happens in the present moment, identifying and recognising the presence of darkness in the environment we’re inserted into. The goal isn’t to embrace the negative conditioning we’re subjected to, which may imply attempting to vanish the presence of darkness in the surroundings. The clear goal of identifying the presence of darkness is taking it as an opportunity of learning what we shouldn’t do on purpose with a human being, using the chaotic behaviour established as a training camp to enhance the self as a matter of stepping into our personal evolution. The moment we’re sure of the presence of darkness in the surroundings, it’s the moment we get ready to face anything, and deal with any situation, with the difference that identifying darkness enables us to know where the sources of external negativity are, and how we could handle them if, and only if, required to for the moment. The understanding of the situation implies never forgetting the chaotic behaviour that requires us to step into our personal evolution, overcoming it consciously and meaningfully.


It’s our personal choice to face darkness consciously and meaningfully. The effort is almost the same of stepping into a period of suffering and embracing the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. The choice of what path we would like to follow is our to make.


Choosing the path towards a meaningful life implies in facing darkness and dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. As part of the duty of facing darkness, learning well the patterns associated with its presence, and establishing a clear understanding of how to identify and recognise those patterns and sources of negativity, becomes essential to acquire priceless pieces of knowledge from the chaotic environment established. It’s also important to learn the variations and nuances of chaos and fabricated peace, acquiring the ability of identifying and segregating a genuine peaceful environment from the one where peace has been fabricated as part of the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. The more skilled we become in identifying and recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings, the easier it’s to attain higher levels of peace of mind no matter the circumstances.


It’s through performing our body and mind training while identifying and recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings, that we can take advantage of obnoxious situations in real-life to practise what we’ve trained in a conscious and meaningful way.
