We all have the power deep within, dormant and ready to be tapped into the moment we attain higher levels of peace of mind, keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. We all have the power to face darkness, which implies being aware and awaken to the challenges and difficulties such a presence promotes in the surroundings. We always have a choice: embracing darkness and becoming a lifetime slave of our own suffering; or stepping into our personal evolution, dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into. The more we realise the unlimited power we’ve deep within, the better we understand who we already are in the present moment, becoming a strong and resilient ruler of our own mind.


Let’s open our third eye to see the truth before the self, segregating the illusions we’ve contact with from the reality we experience, and keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. We need to wake up, step out of our own suffering, and free the self from the slavery period where we weren’t able to see the truth masked by vivid illusions clouding the view of our naked eyes.


Let’s liberate the self from any attachment we may have acquired during our life journey. We need to prevent the self from grasping unnecessary past events or imaginary future that has not been defined yet. We need to live in the present moment, stepping into our personal evolution by performing our body and mind training with the resources we already have at hand.


Let’s be light, and therefore, the path we walk through becomes an always illuminated journey full of love and meaning.
