Facing darkness and the old values of slavery, which are still vivid in the current society we’re part of, have the requirement of acquiring as much knowledge as we can, using a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental attitude towards the self and others. It’s only by using the shield of knowledge that we can deal with different acts of discrimination, which result in different types of obnoxious behaviours we need to deal with in the environment we’re inserted into. The more aware we’re to the need of acquiring knowledge while keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, the better prepared we become to face darkness while attaining higher levels of peace of mind and walking the path towards a meaningful life.

The old values of slavery are ancient ghosts we still have to deal with in the present moment. Their existence is still strong and vivid in the presence of darkness, as well as the way hatred culture keeps influencing and conditioning the majority of behaviours considered acceptable and exhibited in the current society we’re part of. It seems that working on offering access to education as a fundamental human right isn’t enough to free a person from being conditioned by the darkness’ doctrine. We need to go further.

Every single person needs to exercise their right and duty of keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. It’s only through establishing the foundation of our society apart from the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into that we would be capable of making progress, heading towards the evolution of the species in a conscious and meaningful way.

As creatures of love that aren’t meant to be enslaved, keeping consciousness at hand is the start of an abolition movement liberating the self from the influence of darkness, enabling the cultivation and nurturing of the beautiful light we’ve deep within.
