Facing darkness and dealing with the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into requires learning the power of adaptation. We’re in contact with a lot of deceptive behaviours, where dishonour is the norm of interacting with people. Darkness promotes the cult of hate, such as (Neo-)Nazism has done in the past, and therefore, minds in suffering get conditioned to believe that being deceptive and harming others is totally right, according to their eagerness of considering themselves members of a superior race. Being kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental in an environment dominated by darkness and hatred culture requires cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within, attaining higher levels of peace of mind no matter the circumstances. Like Buddha, the enlightened one, has said: we have the power to either accept or reject any of his teachings based on a genuine, conscious, and honoured application of a given teaching within our own perspective and relativity. The moment we realise we’re the rightful ruler of our own mind, it’s the moment we understand how to face darkness in a conscious and meaningful way.

We have the power at hand to rule our own mind. Any type of negative conditioning can be diminished when we keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. It’s important that we realise and understand that body and mind are intrinsically connected, which means that a strong and resilient mind also requires a strong and resilient body.

We can achieve both strong and resilient bodies and minds if we consciously perform our body and mind training, getting ready to face anything no matter the circumstances. We need to focus our motivation and intentions on enhancing the self, stepping into our personal evolution no matter what we’re experiencing in the environment we’re inserted into.

It’s important we realise and understand that darkness will always attempt to break a conscious mind. Thus, it’s our duty to become an unbreakable being, strong and resilient enough to be kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental even with the presence of darkness in the surroundings and inserted into a deceptive environment in the present moment.
