It’s extremely important that we learn how to recognise the presence of darkness in any type of environment we may be inserted into, understanding the more conscious we become, the better prepared we’re for dealing with obnoxious situations happening before the self. Unfortunately, darkness can be considered a fancy temptation, which gives us an invitation for something we cannot know what it’s if we don’t  accept it blindly. Accepting any invitation with no previous knowledge or what has been planned for the future implies trust, and deception plays with the willingness of people to trust others. Neo-Nazism has done it well within Germany, achieving its nazification as a result of their seductive power with false promises of supremacy. The moment we blindly accept any invitation we receive from another, knowing nothing of the purpose of such an invitation, it’s the moment we need to be prepared for anything, which implies keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. Stepping into a period of suffering, and getting trapped into illusions and deceptive actions before the self, is the result of our inability to make decisions on our own. The more conscious and meaningful our actions are, the easier it’s to deal with anything aside from our love nature.

Being seduced by shortcuts presented by darkness is tempting yet offering only a path towards deep periods of suffering. Life becomes dictated and conditioned by values promoted and disseminated by hatred culture, where the cult of hate is the norm, regarding interactions with other human beings. In the roots of hatred culture, people aren’t considered equals. On the contrary, there’s a clear distinction between different classes and what each one of them can do, which includes places they can or cannot go. We’ve earned such a discriminatory behaviour from ancient slavery times, where slaves were forbidden to be in any place without clear authorisation and permission of their masters.

Although the common laws clearly state we’re born free, in practice, it’s only true when we get conscious of what happens in the present moment. Besides that, we’re still a slave of our own suffering, which may also imply being seen as a slave to the naked eyes of someone else who gets entertained by imposing difficulties on people considered inferior. Fortunately, we’ve everything we need deep within to face darkness in a conscious and meaningful way.

Let’s be brave. It’s our bravery of being kind and compassionate towards the self and others that motivates us for performing our body and mind training, attaining higher levels of peace of mind as a result of our efforts. The more conscious we’re about that, the better we understand the path towards a meaningful life.
