It’s important we attain clarity of mind to realise darkness promotes obnoxious behaviours to make people uncomfortable, leading to frustration, disappointment, lack of confidence, and the sensation of being struggling to the fact that we’re powerless against the majority of deceptive acts we’ve contact with. Even if we acquire a lot of knowledge in a given subject, the goal of darkness is making our unconscious mind influence the conscious one to make a decision of giving up. When we keep consciousness at hand we start understanding it, learning that lesson the hard way (most of the time) after giving up something we’re doing. According to darkness, we’re all sick. It’s easy to deal with sick people, as people who cannot deal with their own issues are easily conditioned and manipulated. The moment we realise that, it’s the moment we understand the roots of darkness and any slavery-related movement such as (Neo-)Nazism. Thus, it’s up to us to establish a strong and resilient posture while cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within. Otherwise, we end up embracing a deep period of suffering, stepping into an illusory scene and becoming a slave who is a puppet in the hands of other minds in suffering, having also no decision power about our own destiny and precious life.

We need to be aware of what happens in the present moment, performing our body and mind training to enhance the self as a measure of stepping into our personal evolution. Dealing with the presence of darkness and the cult of hate isn’t easy, and it becomes more and more challenging when we attain higher levels of awareness of what happens in the surroundings. In order to prevent the self from falling apart, we need to find a way of understanding our own suffering, giving little or no attention to negative criticism.

We would always hear things like: we’re not good enough; there’s no good value of what we’re doing because someone is doing something similar to what we’re doing; we’ve no knowledge to perform a task or propose something new, just to cite few ways of negative criticism we may receive in a deteriorating environment. It’s OK not being able to handle all negativity we’ve contact with in the first place, experiencing periods of suffering derived from the inability of keeping consciousness at hand and using our third eye to see illusions before the self. The good news is that instead of becoming slaves of our suffering, and puppets in the hands of other minds also experiencing their own periods of suffering, we can enhance by keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances.

If we’re doing what we love to do, there’s no reasonable reason for giving up, even when we find ourselves in the middle of a deceptive environment, facing the presence of darkness and a huge number of minds in suffering working to harm us with intention of influencing the self to give up consciousness to live a life of grieving and deep suffering.

Let’s enjoy simple things in life, cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within. Let’s be focused on what we do yet not forgetting to take care of our body and mind. Darkness works in the shadows, and sometimes when people reach retirement thinking they will have time to relax, they just get conscious of the presence of darkness, freaking out and falling apart, which leads to a path of grieving, frustration, and disappointment in a moment we need to relax and enjoy life the most.

The earlier we wake up, the stronger we can get, preparing the self for a lifetime duty of cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within, and facing darkness in order to keep the self on the path towards a meaningful life.
