The first tip for recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings is observing the growth of mediocrity, stupidity, and dumbness in the environment we’re inserted into. We can notice a lot of non-sense laughs and work that are out of sync with the context, which always leverage the question: why are people doing that in the specific time we’re observing it? Another important tip is identifying who is exhibiting such non-sense behaviours, which would provide us the priceless piece of knowledge that says we know little or nothing about those people doing non-sense laughs and work in the surroundings. The third tip is observing a lot of unexpected, unplanned, and unannounced situations disturbing the environment, which are tightly related to the previous two tips. Those tips are strong indications of the presence of darkness in the surroundings, which we can use to become better prepared to deal with them in a conscious and meaningful way. The more we realise that, the better we understand how to use those situations in our favour, performing our body and mind training while walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.

It’s important we acquire the clear understanding that darkness is tightly related to stupidity, which remind us the lack of motivation of acquiring knowledge with one’s own effort. When we’ve so much contact with stupidity we’re also able to observe the clear presence of that popular proverb that says: “the grass of the neighbour always looks greener than mine”; triggering the desire of either pursuing what the neighbour has or destroying it, which implies feeding the inner state of superiority a mind in a deep period of suffering is conditioned to experiencing.

A good strategy of dealing with the presence of darkness in the surroundings is treating everyone as equals, no matter the circumstances. When we have contact with people who believe and consider themselves superior race, they get somehow offended to be treated as equals, implying a huge desire to harm others but, at the same time, bending the laws for doing so in order to continue to be seen as superior. It’s the classic behaviour we would need to deal with when recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings. Let’s be brave, opening our third eye to see the truth masked by the illusions we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into.

The moment we realise we’re all equals, it’s the moment we understand why darkness makes a distortion of equality with segregation, which implies that we become equals, if and only if, sharing the same characteristic defining us as members of the same group associated with any established classification. Let’s shine our beautiful light and being totally aligned with our love nature.
