When dealing with the presence of darkness in the surroundings, it’s important we attain the clarity of mind required to not get intimidated by anything happening in the surroundings. It doesn’t mean that we assume a careless posture; it’s exactly the contrary. It’s by caring about life as the ultimate goal that getting not intimidated by the presence of darkness means being prepared to deal with anything, which requires us to keep up with our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way. It’s only when we’re genuinely aware and awaken to what happens in the present moment that we can realise and understand how unlimited the power we’ve deep within is, and how resourceful we become when attaining higher levels of peace of mind, which is an essential foundation to apply self-defence manoeuvres to prevent anyone or anything from harming our life and the lives of defenceless and innocent people that are with us.

Let’s understand who we really are. We need to go deep into the roots of our own existence, uncovering every single detail that has contributed to make us what we’re in the present moment. Let’s get focused on acquiring the best picture of what have contributed to the conscious state we are now in the present moment, understanding the priceless pieces of knowledge we’ve at hand, and how they get connected with one another through a reasonable and justifiably explanation that matters just for us.

The intimidation of darkness uses an ancient war tactic, which is attempting to split the adversaries into smaller units that gets a disadvantageous position in numbers and resources, representing a less difficult scenario to deal with—at least in the mind of someone with the goal of harming others, exhibiting limited knowledge of what a motivated person standing up to defend their own life and the lives of defenceless and innocent people can do. Attempting to put a target person in isolation is nothing more than an adaptation of that war tactic. Why? The answer is simple: we’re social creatures, and we usually live in contact with, and surrounded by, people we care and love. Removing that “social term” from the equation is the first thing darkness attempts to perform.

You may ask me: What should I do if I feel alone, with less and less people I care and love close to me? The answer is also quite simple: we need to perform our body and mind training to understand our social interactions aren’t what define who we really are. We’re the only ones able to do that. And by doing that, most of the time, we let our social interactions influence how we sharp the way we think and live our life, unconsciously.

In order to step into our personal evolution we need to wake up, keeping consciousness at hand to understand how powerful and astonishing creatures we already are, and how a focused and trained mind can be resilient against anything. If we succeed in keeping consciousness at hand, we should be able to learn the tactics of anyone attempting to harm our life, and drawing defensive manoeuvres that are effective to make us stronger, faster, and better prepared to deal with any source of negativity we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into.

Let’s be light and brave to understand we’re enough. Let’s keep cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within, becoming totally aligned with our love nature.
