Attaining higher levels of peace of mind and developing inner-strength requires performing our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way. It’s only when we’re conscious of what happens in the present moment that we can surpass our own limits, which has more to do with our attitude before challenges and difficulties than anything else. If we get intimidated—no matter the circumstances—we’ve already lost. Thus, establishing a strong yet peaceful posture helps to get prepared for facing the unknown, walking the path towards a meaningful life while having contact with the illusions of the current society we’re part of.
Enrolling into the path of attaining higher levels of peace of mind implies testing our endurance and resilience against the presence of darkness in the surroundings, as well as any negativity we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into. There’s no room for doubts, uncertainty, or fear when talking about our intrinsic ability to keep consciousness at hand. We need to be totally sure we can do it, no matter the circumstances. It’s through consciousness that we can properly tap into the unlimited power we’e deep within, channelling it to become an asset we can use as we please for defending and caring about life as the ultimate goal.
The unlimited power is deep within. We just need to find a way for waking up, which implies opening our third eye to see the truth of what really happens in the present moment.
