It’s essential we get prepared to deal with the harsh and unexpected behaviours we may find in the environment we’re inserted into, understanding the difference between our own suffering and the presence of darkness in the surroundings. While our own suffering may influence our unconscious mind to perform brainless actions resulting from the exposure to a negative conditioning we’re subjected to, the presence of darkness in the surroundings may cause harmful situations we’ve no control of yet need to deal with no matter the circumstances. In order to get our body and mind prepared for anything, we need to keep consciousness at hand. The moment we realise that using the priceless pieces of knowledge we can extract from our own periods of suffering to boost both our strength and resilience makes all the difference, it’s the moment we understand that taming our unconscious mind while attaining higher levels of peace of mind enables us to see what cannot be seen—when we’re—out of consciousness.

Instead of getting frustrated, depressed, or feeding a bunch of negative emotions when facing the presence of darkness in the surroundings, we can channel such negative energy to boost our strength and resilience, understanding what really happens in the present moment. We need to trust our senses and make them an asset at hand instead of letting negative emotions be a weight we need to lift and carry all along.

We’ve an unlimited the power we’ve deep within. We just need to realise and understand no matter how harsh, obnoxious, hard, or challenging an environment with the vivid presence of darkness can be, we can always surpass our own limits when keeping consciousness at hand and channelling any negative energy we’ve contact with in our favour, boosting and enhancing the self towards the next stage of our personal evolution.
